Developing Your Physical Energy(PE)
Your physical body is functioning as a vehicle, or container, designed with specific substances and elements.
Physical energy (PE), the body is instrument of the mind, heart, and spirit.
The Greek expression of the self-mastery for life says
“ KNOW THYSELF, CONTROL THYSELF, GIVE THYSELF.”
There are three fundamental ways to develop our physical intelligence or energy.
1. Wise Nutrition.
2. Regular balanced exercise.
3. Proper Rest, Relaxation, Stress management, & Prevention thinking.
Research is now clear that the inability to manage oneself efficiently leads to premature aging, diminished mental clarity, and even blocked access to our innate intelligence. The converse is also true. Increasing internal coherence leads to more efficiency in all physiological systems and greater creativity, adaptability, and flexibility.
Why you should not neglect to develop Your Physical Health of the Body?
Just imagine what happens to the other three dimensions, when the body is neglected. You can lose not only your health but mentally you can also lose your FOCUS, CREATIVITY, ENDURANCE, TOUGHNESS, COURAGE, LEARNING CAPACITY, and RETENTION. And to the contrary when you exercise, rest and eat properly, you retain your mental focus and toughness as well as your thirst for learning.
What happens to your Emotional Intelligence(EQ), to your heart, when you neglect your body when you become a function of appetites and passions? Patience, love, understanding, empathy, the ability to listen and compassion are themselves subordinated. They become buzzwords without flesh and blood to drive them.

But for an average person, even 50 to 100 push-ups should be enough to maintain a good upper body, provided it is done properly. You can start with 20 push-ups, but do not stick to this number. It is important to keep increasing the number to challenge your body.
